WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards on our secure site.

WHY ARE THERE TWO CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT?
Your credit card will only be charged once your order is ready for shipment. If the funds are “pending”, then what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. Authorizations are typically conducted by Banks in order to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. Please contact the issuing bank should you need help speeding up this process.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Depending on availability and credit verification, most orders will ship within 2-4 business days from date of receipt. Please note that orders will not be shipped over weekends or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to add, modify or cancel any items. If you would like to add an item, please place a new order. If you would like to cancel the order, when your order arrives, please follow the return instructions for a credit or refund.

CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Yes, however your return must comply with the Seene, LLC Return policy.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
All sale items are final sale.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped to a Illinois address and are subject to a 9.75% sales tax.

CAN I USE MORE THEN ONE DISCOUNT OFFER ON MY ORDER?
Our promotions or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
