Return Policy

SEENE, LLC RETURN POLICY FOR THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within ten (10) days of receipt according to the Seene, LLC Return policy for an online store credit.

All return its must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way, in its original condition with original tags. Return items may be declined at our discretion due to heavy perfume or smoke odor, or makeup stains. We retain the sole right to inspect all merchandise returned prior to a refund being approved and issued. Should any merchandise be found to have signs of wear or not conform with the Seene, LLC Return Policy, then the return will be declined and merchandise will be reshipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Other Items that may NOT be Returned: include

  • use of coupon codes for 40% or more

  • promotional items, sale items, and/or items marked final sale

  • anything classified as accessories or jewelry

  • intimates, hosiery

  • gift cards, store credit 

*All shipping & handling is nonrefundable.

**Please be sure to remove all jewelry before trying on merchandise due to the delicate nature of certain fabrics. We are not left responsible for garment snags.

Return Shipping
We are not responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item your wish before you return your initial purchase. This will ensure that the item your exchange item is in stock. We will not hold merchandise. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the return item, minus the shipping charge.

Returning Items Paid with Gift Certificate or Store Credit
If you purchased item(s) using a gift certificate or store credit, then you may only receive a refund in the form of store credit. All store credit will expire six (6) months from the date it of its issue.

Refund & Processing Time
We suggest tracking any items sent for return to Seene, LLC. We are not responsible for items lost while in transit to us. Your refund will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Seene, LLC.

Wrong Item
For any reason should you be shipped an item that does not match your paperwork from the item ordered, then Seene, LLC will immediately ship the correct item at no charge and will issue a refund for the cost of the return shipping.

International Return Policy (including Canada)
Seene, LLC currently does not accept returns or online store credits from outside the Continental United States.

By placing an order, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees to the Seene, LLC Shipping & return policy, terms & conditions, and Privacy Policy.
